I'll go first: I am passionate about helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. But every real estate agent probably says that.

Here's what sets me apart from everyone else: the strategies I use, the way I interpret data, the perspective I have, and my commitment to customer service. All of these things have been built through the experience I've gained working with hundreds of buyers and sellers here in the Charleston market since 2007. From then until now, I've guided my clients through the historic real estate crash, the slow recovery, COVID, and now THIS market.

I am always aware that no two houses are the same, no two people are the same, and the market changes from season to season. For these reasons, every real estate pursuit requires a unique strategy - a blend of art and science, you might say. Recognizing patterns, understanding shifts, listening to each client's goal - all of these things are critical to achieving true success and a positive experience.

Through the years I've learned that when my clients are prepared, and they know what to expect, their real estate journey will be positive. For this reason, I prioritize regular communication with my clients, ensuring they feel connected and informed throughout the buying and/or selling process. As a life-long student, I'm continually looking for ways to gain knowledge and add tools to my business that will benefit my clients. Take these examples:

In 2013 I became a real estate investor for the first time, and now I own both long- and short-term rentals. As someone who is in the trenches on this, I am an open book and full of guidance for anyone looking to start or grow a real estate investment portfolio.

In 2015 I earned my brokers license, which means I have a higher level of training than the average Charleston agent. With this extra level of real estate leadership training, I am better prepared and better equipped, and I adhere to an elevated standard of business, ethics and professionalism than other agents.

In 2020 I added commercial real estate to my list of services, which includes membership, training, and access to a separate, commercial MLS system. Whether you decide you're ready to expand your business or start one, I can help you.

In 2023 I became a trained mediator, and earned my certification as a Real Estate Divorce Specialist. Is your reason for buying and/or selling complicated? Painful? Devastating? I'm prepared to help you there too.

In 2024 I received the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification, which prepared me to help seniors navigate the transitions that come with retirement, empty nest, downsizing, and more .

I'm known to take on just about any challenge, and explore pretty much every opportunity, so this could be a good time to mention that I was once a co-host on the Emmy-nominated TV show, "Selling Charleston" where every episode centers on showcasing the charm and allure of this incredible city. Maybe now it's just a foot note or fun fact about my career, but it definitely helped shape me and connected me with lots of great people.
